How to Prepare

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • To cancel your appointment, please give us a call at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • Patients requiring sedation must arrange for someone to drive you home. You cannot legally operate a vehicle. Please limit the number of people you bring with you due to limited seating.

  • If you have a question in between appointments, feel free to call us during normal business hours. Billing, appointment, and general medical questions will be routed to the appropriate person. We do not diagnose medical conditions over the phone. We also do not prescribe new medication over the phone. Both will require an in-office visit.

  • Colonoscopy and EGD results are provided on the same day. Results are discussed with your provider after the procedure unless a biopsy is taken; in that case, it will be 48-72 hours for our in-house pathologist to evaluate for further results. In the case of serious results (i.e. cancer), we will give you a call immediately and schedule a surgical consultation on your behalf.
